Terms and Conditions

HauntedHost is still in Early Access, and as part of this process, we are still finalising these Terms and Conditions. The below are applicable only during this Early Access period. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change during and after this period.

Acceptable Use

Any use of this service to promote or conduct illegal activities, harass or otherwise use the service in a way

Payments and Cancellations

Payments will be auto debited from your selected payment method at the beginning of the payment cycle and start on successful submission of your first payment. Once payment has become seven (7) days overdue, your service will be put on hold. Once payment reaches fourteen (14) days overdue, your service, and all data stored on our systems, will be deleted.

Cancelled services will not be issued a refund, and you will continue to be able to use the service for the rest of the paid period.

Service Level Agreement

Whilst we are endeavouring to provide the highest level of service possible, we are still in early access and issues may arise. If there are unreasonable periods on unavailability, we will look to provide rectification.

Longer term, we are looking to provide at least 99.99% availability. That would equate to approximately 1 minute of unavailability per week

Backups

HauntedHost will perform routine back-ups of all hosted services, however, we do not accept any liability for lost or corrupted data. Ghost offers backup/export functions, we would recommend the use of these tools to keep your own copy of your content.

Fair Usage

The HauntedHost service has been designed to deliver the best value possible to most users. If your service consumes unreasonable resources (e.g. very high traffic or storage usage) we will initiate discussions regarding management of your service. This may include archive activities or upgrading your subscription to a higher level. We do not anticipate that this will be likely, but we reserve this right in extreme cases.

Changes to these Terms

Any changes to these Terms will be communicated directly via the email address supplied at registration.
